Delicious dish for during your pregnancy: burittos with chicken, beans and salsasauce

When you are pregnant, you aren’t allowed to eat everything. Not being able to eat your favorite foods can be quite a burden. For example sushi, sour cream, eggs and mushrooms.

A delicious meal for during your pregnancy is burritos with chicken, beans and salsasauce. It’s not only good of taste but it also contains a lot of vitamines.

The recipe:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • A few sprigs of coriander
  • 8 wraps
  • Sliced chicken cubes
  • Oil
  • Half a teaspoon ground cumin
  • Chili powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large can of chili beans

The supplies:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius/ 356 degrees Fahrenheit|
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Then cut them into small pieces
  3. Cut 1 onion into thin pieces
  4. Chop the coriander and mix it all together so you get a nice salsa sauce
  5. Add pepper and salt if necessary
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces out until they are glazed
  7. Add the cumin and chili powder and stir together
  8. Add the garlic and chicken and stir the whole one minute
  9. Grease a baking dish and divide the chicken and chili beans on the wraps
  10. You can roll the wraps up and tighten them with a toothpick if necessary
  11. Lay the wraps in baking dish and put them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius/ 356 degrees Fahrenheit
